Hi, I'm Paddy - founder of The Scouting Party.
I relocated to Flagstaff in 2019 and quickly realized something: moving is hard, but it doesn't have to be confusing.
Endless Googling, guesswork, and Zillow surfing don't tell you what a neighborhood feels like. They don't show you where your future hiking buddies are, which schools fit your family, or where the best dog parks are.
That's why I created The Scouting Party - a guided relocation experience that shows you the real Flagstaff, introduces you to the right communities, and helps you feel confident about your move.
